For the ultimate pampering experience, our Luxury Full Service Groom pairs the complete Spa Bath with a customized, full-body haircut—tailored by our skilled stylist, Kaitlan—to suit your pet’s breed and your preferences. Every detail is finished to perfection so your pet looks and feels their very best.
Spa Bath and Nails
A rejuvenating bath that pampers your pet from nose to tail. Indulge your pet with out signature bath, designed to gently lift dirt, oils, and impurities from the coat and skin. Using a high-velocity dryer, we remove loose hair and undercoat to leave your pet’s coat soft, smooth, and refreshed. Each visit includes a gentle ear cleanse, neat nail trim, a soft brush-out, a spritz of cologne, and a bandana and a bow.
Mini Spa Groom
Includes our complete Spa Bath experience, followed by a refined face trim and contouring, delicate paw and pad detailing, and a hygienic sanitary trim. This service delivers a polished, spa-quality refresh that keeps your pet looking elegant between full grooms.

Provide your pet with gentle relief through our Comfort Care service. Using a calm, spa-focused approach, our trained professionals perform an external anal gland expression to help reduce discomfort and support healthy gland function. This quick, soothing service promotes freshness and overall well-being.
De-Shed Treatment
A shed-control process that loosens and removes excess undercoat, helping reduce shedding by up to 75% with regular sessions. We use FURminator® deShedding Ultra Premium Shampoo and Conditioner, enriched with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, vitamins, and plant extracts to promote healthy skin and coat while helping protect against excess shedding. Our skilled groomer uses gentle techniques to remove loose fur, supporting a healthier coat and making shedding far more manageable at home.
Minty Pup Teeth Polish
Minty-fresh oral care using TropiClean Fresh Breath gel for a cleaner mouth and sweeter kisses. Gentle brushing helps lift away plaque before it hardens into tartar, supporting healthier teeth and gums.

De-Matting Fee – $15+
To protect your pet’s skin and keep their coat healthy, an additional fee may apply when extra time and specialized techniques are needed to safely remove mats or tangles. Our groomers work gently and patiently to ease discomfort and prevent further coat damage, ensuring your pet leaves looking and feeling their best.

Kaitlan Smith is a seasoned pet groomer with over 15 years of experience, dedicated to providing exceptional care at Dogwood Kennels and Cattery. Her journey began at PetSmart, where she transitioned from a cashier to a bather, eventually attending grooming academy to become a professional Pet Stylist. Kaitlan excels in handling dogs of all breeds and sizes, mastering breed-specific and personalized grooming techniques. Her passion lies in ensuring pets not only look their best but also feel comfortable and loved during their grooming sessions. At home, Kaitlan enjoys a lively household with her two dogs, two cats, a bearded dragon, and four children. In her leisure time, she loves reading, needlepoint, and family adventures.
