Online via the Gingr Customer Portal
To make a reservation online, simply go to our Gingr Customer Portal. You can log in using your existing email address or mobile phone number on file with Gingr. If you’re a new customer, you can easily register for an account.

Use the Gingr for Pet Parents Mobile App
For added convenience, you can download the Gingr for Pet Parents app for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Here’s how to get started:

• Download the app and open it.
• Enter the invite code: 712391.
• Tap Continue to proceed.
• After entering the invite code, you’ll be directed to the portal’s login page, where you can log in with an existing Gingr account or register for a new account.

Call and Leave a Message
If you prefer to speak with someone directly or have questions about the reservation process, you can always call our facility and leave a message. A member of our kennel team will return your call as soon as possible to assist you with your reservation.

• Manage your pet’s profile: Update your pet’s information, upload vaccination records, and track upcoming vaccination due dates.
• Book appointments: Schedule boarding, daycare, and grooming services.
